No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable technologies such as local storage to recognize you. There is no audience measurement, no tracking and no profiling. No fonts, scripts or other content are loaded from external servers; all components are delivered exclusively from our own web space.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary data automatically transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, amount of data transferred, and browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted or anonymized after no more than 7 days. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
Language detection
To select the appropriate language, the website evaluates the language setting transmitted by your browser (Accept-Language). This information is used only for the current request and is neither stored nor combined with other data. Your chosen language is contained solely in the address (URL).
Contacting us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message) solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form is sent encrypted and forwarded to us by email via our hosting provider’s mail server; it is not stored in a database on the web server. No cookies are used; spam protection works with a hidden field and a time check that is not linked to your person. We delete your data once your request has been completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Price calculator
The price calculator runs entirely in your browser; your selection is not stored or transmitted. Only when you choose “Use as request” is the selection copied into the contact form, and it is sent to us only if you submit that form. If JavaScript is disabled, the selection is transmitted to the server once to calculate the result, but it is not stored.
TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
